Mobile growth engineer. I've shipped attribution SDKs into apps with 40M installs and debugged every flavor of broken deep link.
How mobile measurement actually works in a privacy-first world.
Mobile Attribution Hub covers mobile measurement, attribution, deep linking & privacy. The publishing rule we hold ourselves to is simple: if we haven't watched the payload leave a real device — proxy open, console attached — we don't describe the mechanism. Vendor diagrams and conference slides don't count as verification.
For every explainer we set up test apps, intercept the actual traffic, and read the platform docs the way an SDK engineer has to — noting where Apple's or Google's wording is ambiguous and what testing shows instead. When a postback takes three days to arrive, we say three days, not "near real time." When nobody can measure something anymore, we say that too.
We're part of an openly-operated portfolio of trade publications and some vendors we cover sponsor us. That relationship is disclosed, sponsor links are tagged as sponsored, and no sponsor gets editorial input. The details are on our editorial standards page.
